4. Registration on this website

The mandatory information required during registration must be submitted in full. Otherwise, we will reject the registration.
We shall use the e-mail address submitted during registration to inform you about important changes, for example to the scope of the offer, or technically significant changes.

5. Online Payment
On our website we offer payment by "UPI", "NEFT" and "Cheque/Draft". You can chose any one option. Suppose you chose, "UPI", a Bar Code will be visible. After payment, you are advised to upload "Payment Receipt" for placing order. If you use NEFT, a detail information will be available through which you can pay and provide Reference no. of payment transaction for placing order. If you select Cheque/Draft, then appropriate information on payment have to be mentioned for placing order.
6. Refund Policy

Policy Scope
This No Refund Policy applies to all testing facilities and related services provided by Quality Testing Laboratory, Chemical Technology, CU.
No Refunds
All payments for testing services are final, and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, except in certain cases and within certain limits, the fee may be refunded if the prescribed work will not be completed.
* If the work has not started, fees will be refunded deducting GST
* If the authorised work has been started, the lab may deduct an appropriate portion of the fees
* A full refund will be made if the department is in error for which test/analysis can't be completed due to unavoidable circumstances/ breakdown
Submit written explanation of refund request within 5 days of payment of the fee by e-mail. Refund are paid by cash only, it takes 4 to 6 weeks. For further detail you may read the complete terms & condition.
